Montessori Teacher Education Program (MOMTEP) is a not-for-profit organization
composed of dedicated Montessori professionals who work together to develop and
promote Montessori as an excellent method for educating children in the public
and private schools. The faculty brings years of experience and many
professional contributions to the program. MOMTEP also serves as a resource and
support for existing schools and teachers by offering seminars and workshops
throughout the year. MOMTEP is fully accredited by the Montessori Accreditation
Council for Teacher Education (MACTE).

Montessori Teacher Education Programs (MOMTEP) are designed for adults
interested in early childhood education who wish to further their growth,
development, knowledge, and skills. With professional development and practical
experience in the field, students learn the skills and the philosophy needed to
become a Montessori early childhood teacher for students ages 3 to 6 years.
MOMTEP is a not-for-profit corporation committed to providing excellent
training for Montessori early childhood educators in the St. Louis area and beyond. MOMTEP is fully
accredited by the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teachers of Education (MACTE)
and is affiliated with the American Montessori Society (AMS).
