And We Have Liftoff!
Annual benefit auction takes CDS to new heights. Support opportunities still available!
"Fly Me to the Moon" launched on March 7, and it took CDS to new heights! The event was a gorgeous evening full of meaningful, generous giving and lots of fun.
The funds generated at the auction will benefit every child enrolled at our school. We will be able to purchase new materials, improve technology, boost curricular offerings, and enhance key spaces thanks to you.
Thanks to all of our selfless volunteers, especially auction chairs Michelle Scherer and Tamara Welliver!
Couldn't make it to the event but want to contribute? Interested in increasing your support for CDS? Here is a great way to do this:
FUND-A-NEED 2015: The Thinker-Tinker Initiative
At CDS, our library and MakerSpace are central venues for both intellect and invention. They are places where our students learn the basics and dream big, get inspired, seek answers, develop new questions, design and test solutions — and delight in doing so. In these spaces, Toddlers through Sixth Graders flex and strengthen their imagination muscles again and again as they grow as students and community members over the years. They are where our students go to think and tinker. They are magical areas that help us deliver the premier preparation that is the hallmark of a CDS education.
But these same spaces need your help. This year's Fund-A-Need campaign, "The Thinker-Tinker Initiative," will provide the necessary capital required to enhance the student and community-wide experience of both our library and MakerSpace.
