Extra Curricular Activities

Chesterfield Day School believes that the school community extends beyond the classroom. Each semester, a variety of extra curricular classes is presented to capture students' passions and to provide fun, relaxed learning opportunities. Classes include fencing, chess, art, drama, and science. CDS faculty often show their commitment to teaching by running after school courses, or experts from the community are solicited to provide courses that capture the imagination and interests of our students. Courses are held once weekly from 3:30 to 4:30 pm and have additional fees and charges. Chesterfield Day School also sponsors Cub Scout and Girl Scout troops.
