Admission Process

General Procedures

1. Parents interview with the Admissions Director, tour the campus and receive application materials.
2. Parents return completed application forms with processing fee.
3. Toddler and preschool applicants are offered placement based on the parent interview. Efforts to balance each class with regard to age and gender will affect selection.
4. Kindergarten through Grade 6 applicants are offered placement on the basis of interview, observation, testing and previous school records.
5. When an opening is available, parents of qualified applicants are sent letters of acceptance and enrollment forms. Children may not begin classes until all forms have been completed and returned to the office and all fees are paid.
6. If there is no opening, the child’s name is placed on the waiting list and parents are notified as soon as an opening occurs. Students can be admitted at any time during the year.
