Susan Partain came to work at CDS-St. Albans in the summer of 1995, assisting in the preschool summer camp. In the fall of that year, she joined the all day preschool and the after hours program as an assistant teacher. Prior to her current role in all day preschool at CDS, Susan was a Montessori instructor in different schools for many years. She attended Maryville College, studying art and music, and Forest Park Community College, studying Early Childhood Education. Susan is Montessori-certified from MECA in Chicago. She and her husband, Jeff, live in Pacific, Missouri.
