Matt comes to the Headship of Chesterfield Day School from City Academy in St. Louis, where he served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to his time at City Academy, Matt was the Upper School Director at Rossman School and a faculty member and the 8th grade Dean of Students at MICDS. Matt holds the following degrees: BA in History from Vanderbilt University, MA in Teaching from Columbia University and ME in School Leadership from Harvard University.
