Theresa joins Chesterfield Day School with extensive experience in non-profit advancement and development work, including a strong foundation in education, both at the primary and university level. Prior to coming to CDS, she was the Director of Advancement at the Fulton School at St. Albans. She has also worked in major and planned gift areas for MICDS and Washington University. Before to moving to St. Louis, Theresa raised over $2.7 MM internationally for Plan USA, and conducted annual fundraising and a $6 MM capital campaign for the Newport Art Museum in Rhode Island. She completed bachelor’s degrees in public relations and English literature at Ohio Northern University, later earning her master’s degree in nonprofit management from Washington University. Theresa is also a CDS parent. She and her husband Chris have two children.
